As a little girl in France, I was familiar with design and construction, I always saw my mother repairing and building stone walls, sewing curtains, covering Louis XIV chairs, repairing antique furniture, while my father was installing wool insulation in the attic, painting and going to antique stores. They often restored several churches on Sunday and we had to be there to help. My father always gave us huge "Out-Building" for my sister and I to transform it into the way we wanted so we could have it as a play- room. It was exciting, we were working long hours to make it look good to invite our friends over. We were doing this from the age 8 until our late teens.

Later, I also learned by reading Feng Shui books that it was better to not live with angles within the house.

At the same time, practicing Japanese Zazen Meditation for many years, brought a sense of minimalism to my Design.

As an artist, curator and gallery owner, I became an interior designer for myself first by necessity because I could not find anything that I liked so I created it.

MANIFESTO

My design focuses on round shapes, maximizing light and spaces with a zest of minimalism and futurism.
It can also include antique details.
My objective is to create peaceful sanctuaries to regenerate energies.

I like to say - "I am a Paradise maker".
